CCP's CONTROL TACTICS

Important information for our understanding of CCP infiltration tactics:

(A)

How CCP controls Chinese nationals, even if they have emigrated for decades andhave become citizens of another country:

1)

PRC doesn’t recognize duo citizenship. All PRC laws apply no matter where the person is, and regardless of how long he/she might have emigrated and with citizenship from another country.

2)

All Chinese organizations, businesses and citizens are subject to Article 7 of the PRC National Intelligence Law.

PRC National Intelligence Law (as amended in 2018)

Chapter 1: General Provisions Article 7: All organizations and citizens shall support, assist, and cooperate with national intelligence efforts in accordance with law, and shall protect national intelligence work secrets they are aware of.

3)

All CCP members are subject to strict CCP membership rules

Renowned sinologist and former Canadian diplomat
Dr. Charles Burton explained how tight CCP’s control of a member’s life is:

“Party members are required to subject their personal lives to Party discipline and the authority of their superiors in the Party. Party members' marriage and divorce, place of residence, and the business activities of their children are subject to monitoring by the Party. Resolution of Party members' disputes or adjudication of misconduct is usually through Party-specific processes outside the purview of civil courts.”

(B)

According to a well-known dissident and a PRC expert (we are keeping the expert’s identity anonymous to protect their safety), there were three periods of massive agents being exported from the PRC in the past:

  1. 1980, after US President Carter’s “normalized” relations with the PRC. All the Chinese students came to the West were on government stipends, i.e. being paid to be agents.

  2. After the Tiananmen Square Massacre in 1989, all the “students” leaving legally did so with CCP government blessings and duties.

  3. After Permanent Normal Trade Relations (PNTR) and entry to the World Trade Organization (WTO) were granted to the PRC in 2000 & 2001.
